Hi, I'm María José and since I was very young I have liked to understand the human being from different areas. I personally consider it an honor and privilege to be able to know the stories of many people and also to be able to help in different personal situations in order to improve their emotional well-being and quality of life. Through my work as a clinical psychologist, I strive to create a safe and empathic space where people can explore their thoughts, emotions and behaviors, and find practical tools to overcome the challenges they face.
