I am a therapist and coach passionate about accompanying the growth of people and organizations to enable the development of their potential and the achievement of their purposes. I have dedicated my life to exploring human development, learning and talent from different perspectives. In this process I have carried out more than 500 individual sessions of accompaniment to people.

My background includes psychology, art, music, administration, human resources, coaching and education. For 22 years I have supported the development of a diversity of institutions and their people, from non-governmental organizations to large multinationals of various lines of business. I have worked individually and in teams at all levels of organizations, from laborers and operators to regional directors and CEOs. I have designed and executed development programs, workshops and talks with small groups and with audiences of hundreds of people from different countries.

Since I was 6 years old I have participated in various musical projects as a chorister and solo that have led me to make music in remote communities such as Estelí in Nicaragua and even the stages of the most relevant schools in the musical environment such as the Great Hall of the Tchaikovsky Conservatory in Moscow.

In my learning path I have developed an interest in cultural diversity, which has led me to study different languages ​​such as English, German, French, Italian, Latin and Bribri. I have lived in three countries: Costa Rica, the United States and Switzerland. And I have visited dozens of countries on different continents, which has allowed me to broaden my perspective and my vision of the world.

I have lived with my husband for 21 years and my daughter in Curridabat. I spend time daily doing physical exercise like yoga and practicing meditation because health is one of my highest values. I have dedicated much of my time and effort to my own personal growth and the cultivation of my talents in order to give my best and to inspire others to achieve what sometimes seems to be impossible.
