I feel very grateful for the opportunity to provide a space that promotes the possibility and construction of well-being in people. In the sessions, in addition to talking, we address "stuck emotions" in the body through breathing techniques and self-massage at acupressure points as a complement to the work of expressing that psychotherapy involves, since a first step to well-being occurs when we begin to inhabit our body differently.
