I believe in people's ability to work through their traumas and conflicts; so as not to repeat certain things that have proven to be negative. To do this, I offer a safe space and specialized listening to alleviate the patient's suffering and work to solve their problems and to be better with themselves and with other people.

I have a bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology from the Universidad Autónoma Monterrey, a master's degree from the University of Barcelona and I am a PhD candidate in Society and Cultural Studies from the University of Costa Rica.

I have 25 years of experience in clinical practice with adolescents, adults and the elderly.

I have focused on the prevention of risk behaviors with adolescents (bullying, cyberbullying, cutting, defiant opposition, poor academic performance, among others).

Likewise, I have extensive experience working with adults in grieving; improve couple relationships; the management of violent behaviors such as anger and control of aggression, professional development and social ties.

Lastly, I work in accompanying older adults in their retirement process, the loneliness and anxiety that this generates in them.
