After many years of training to become a plastic, reconstructive and cosmetic surgeon, I've noticed that despite the obvious, notable and expected changes experienced by patients after a procedure, either cosmetic or reconstructive performed; the real satisfaction comes from the improvement in the self-esteem that such patients experience after a procedure of this kind is performed.
