The most sincere and humane reason I studied psychology and specialized in Clinical Psychology is out of a genuine desire to alleviate the mental and emotional suffering of my patients. This motivation is driven by a deep sense of empathy and compassion for those who struggle with mental disorders such as depression, anxiety or other emotional difficulties.
My goal as a psychotherapist is to accompany my patients in this process of building and balancing for the full enjoyment of life.
I have more than 20 years of professional experience, I have worked with children and adolescents in vulnerable conditions, and in the last 10 years I have focused on adults and seniors.
My main objective is to alleviate the emotional pain of people through psychotherapeutic techniques that allow them to understand and understand themselves.
