In the last 10 years, my professional work has focused on working with women, and I have managed to identify the issues that most affect us and how to address them.
And on this path I have discovered that one of the ways that allow us to transform our lives has to do with the self-discovery of our being, understanding how we handle ourselves through life, our habitual ways of inhabiting our being, which is usually marked by our personal history, so by seeing ourselves from a compassionate and loving perspective we can transform our reality.
