I was 7 years old when asked, “Lucas, what do you want to do when you grow up?” Most of the other children wanted to become firefighters or policemen but I wanted to become a dentist. Throughout high school, becoming a dentist was a continual thought in my mind. When I went to register to the University of Costa Rica, my friends and family insisted that I join the School of Architecture but I could not give up on my childhood dream and I applied to the School of Dentistry instead. I had the good fortune to graduate with honors as the top student in my class. Looking back on it, this was the best decision I made in my entire life! Every day, I am satisfied by completing successful treatments and forging long lasting relationships with patients and colleagues. I truly enjoy being able to offer my patients comprehensive and personalized treatments that will provide them with outstanding functional and aesthetic results.
