About me

Psychologist with a clinical emphasis, focusing on adolescents and adults. He has training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), an approach oriented to trauma care with EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), from which he bases his clinical method for psychotherapeutic care. She has experience in treating conditions such as anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, suicidal behavior, violence, Borderline Personality Disorder, as well as other emotional situations such as self-esteem, grief, emotional crises and personal growth. DBT skills trainer for consultants and DBT skills trainer for families in Costa Rica.
