I believe that, among all health majors, nutrition is the most powerful tool to achieve wellness and prevent illnesses. I decided to become a nutritionist to help people maintain healthy and balanced lives oriented to integral wellness. What I like the most about my job is to see that through my work as nutritionist, my patients can be healthy before they visit other doctors to treat or heal any problem. A good nutritional work with integral coaching makes a connection with the body needs, allowing my patients to release social demands, stigmas and prohibitions and become the best version of them.
