What I enjoy most about my job is being able to be an agent of change in people, accompanying them in the process they have decided to start. As a mom, I understand firsthand the challenges and joys that life presents us. It deeply gratifies me to see how, little by little, they reveal their strengths, overcome what "makes them uncomfortable" and achieve emotional stability, promoting their personal growth and confidence.
